Emerging in the late 80s, he was one the first in Italy to champion house music while reintroducing 70s black music, jazz and Latin classics to a new generation, helping shape the foundations of the Acid Jazz and Rare Groove movements. His debut release in 1988 marked the first-ever record on Irma Records, initiating a long-standing legacy that would deeply influence the evolution of European club culture.
